1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Katalogo POS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Katalogo provides a cloud-based point of sale and inventory management system. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
